1. What products does Livixo offer?
Livixo specializes in carefully selected baby products designed to support everyday parenting. Our collection includes practical items that focus on comfort, quality, and convenience for growing families.
2. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the locations available during checkout. If your shipping address is accepted during the checkout process, we can deliver your order to that destination.
3. How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
4. How long does shipping take?
After your order has been processed, standard delivery usually takes 5–11 business days.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.
There is no minimum purchase required to qualify for free shipping.
6. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
7. Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
8. What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging whenever possible.

9. Who pays for return shipping?
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
10. How will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
11. How long does it take to receive a refund?
After your return has been approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.
