All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.

If we experience an unusually high volume of orders or unexpected delays, processing times may be extended. Should this occur, we will notify you using the email address provided with your order whenever possible.


Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 5–11 business days.

Please note that delivery estimates are based on normal shipping conditions and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, customs procedures (where applicable), or peak holiday seasons.


Shipping Cost

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.

There are no minimum purchase requirements to qualify for free standard shipping.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping carrier receives your package.

Livixo is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
